- Own product design from problem framing through launch, creating high-craft, accessible experiences and defining new patterns in financial and HR products. Partner with product and engineering, use customer insight and AI tools to guide decisions, and design trustworthy AI experiences that handle uncertainty, errors, and human handoffs appropriately.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience shipping end-to-end work, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another high-trust domain, along with strong web craft and experience designing AI-enabled or conversational products for real users. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and 0-to-1 work, contribute to design systems, exercise sound judgment over AI outputs, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
