Manage consultant performance, design risks, approvals, and the transition into construction while supporting client relationships and proposal pursuits.
Responsibilities

Manage consultant performance, design risks, approvals, and the transition into construction while supporting client relationships and proposal pursuits.
Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Candidates should have experience with large-scale projects and collaborative delivery models, strong commercial and communication skills, and familiarity with approvals, BIM/VDC, and project collaboration tools; professional designations are an asset.
