Design Manager (Master planning)

Lead the design function by developing strategies and standards, assessing design concepts, managing projects and budgets, and mentoring a collaborative team. Requirements

• Requires 15 years of professional design experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership or management role, with expertise in design management, team leadership, and project oversight. Candidates should have advanced proficiency with design tools, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in strategy, standards, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration; a related bachelor's degree and additional design-related experience are preferred.
