Design Engineering Manager

Lead multidisciplinary design and engineering execution for offsite manufacturing and complex construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder coordination. Ensure design packages are code-compliant, high-quality, constructible, and fabrication-ready, supporting the transition from design through manufacturing and field installation.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design and engineering execution for offsite manufacturing and complex construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder coordination. Ensure design packages are code-compliant, high-quality, constructible, and fabrication-ready, supporting the transition from design through manufacturing and field installation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with 8 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex projects, with strong knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, constructability, technical documentation, project controls, building codes, and Lean principles.
