Responsibilities

Coordinate external design and construction teams, manage FF&E procurement and installation, review technical packages, and support existing locations with handovers and improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a background in commercial workplace fit-outs, hospitality interiors, flexible workspaces, or architectural practice, supported by an interior design or architectural qualification or background. They should be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp or similar software, with strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, space planning, construction detailing, FF&E, and supplier management.
