Lead the architectural design direction for luxury homes, maintaining design quality and consistency while managing, mentoring, and developing the design team. Coordinate with construction, operations, sales, and marketing; improve design standards and workflows; and support presentations, design reviews, and high-profile projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design direction for luxury homes, maintaining design quality and consistency while managing, mentoring, and developing the design team. Coordinate with construction, operations, sales, and marketing; improve design standards and workflows; and support presentations, design reviews, and high-profile projects.
Requirements
- Requires at least six years of residential or hospitality architecture experience, including at least three years in a leadership or management role, along with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. An accredited architecture degree is preferred, licensure is preferred but not required, and proficiency in SketchUp or Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is expected; experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
