Research how property managers and property owners use the company’s software, then turn findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Help shape the product roadmap, design human-AI interactions, collaborate with developers through launch, maintain the design system, and measure whether new features solve user problems.
Responsibilities
- Observe and interview syndics during real work (email handling, invoice processing, meeting preparation)
- Conduct research with owners to understand their needs and pain points
- Identify where AI adds value and design interactions that build trust and control
- Translate research insights into flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes
- Influence product roadmap by representing user perspectives in prioritization
- Prepare detailed design specifications for developers and follow through to production
- Maintain and extend the design system for consistency across back‑office and portal
- Measure new feature adoption and effectiveness post‑launch
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX research or UX/product design
- Hands‑on experience with user interviews, observations, and usability testing
- Ability to create wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma or similar tools
- Understanding of web application development and ability to communicate with developers
- Strong Dutch language skills, both oral and written
- Self‑direction and ownership from problem identification to solution delivery
