UI/UX Designer

Design UI/UX for web platforms, mobile applications, and complex analytical dashboards while maintaining a unified design system. Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to visualize complex technical processes and integrate AI features.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for web platforms, mobile applications, complex analytical dashboards, and hardware interaction interfaces
- Integrate AI by using neural networks to optimize routine tasks, generate ideas, and design AI features
- Develop and maintain a unified design system in Figma, including components, variables, and auto‑layout
- Conduct UX audits, competitor analysis, create user flows and customer journey maps, and produce hi‑fi prototypes for testing
- Translate complex data sets and technical processes into clear, clean interfaces
- Collaborate closely with Head of Design, other designers, marketing, product, and development teams; defend design decisions and lead design reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product or UI/UX Design experience (Middle or Senior level)
- Portfolio with SaaS, data‑dense interfaces, and mobile/web applications showing problem‑solving thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (auto‑layout, variables, components, prototyping)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front‑end frameworks basics
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and adapt quickly
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: experience with motion design, micro‑interactions, and 3D animation
- Bonus: knowledge of visual and brand design principles
