Staff Product Designer, Console Experience

Own the end-to-end console experience and its design system, including reusable patterns, shared surfaces, quality standards, and the system roadmap in partnership with engineering. Set the console’s creative direction, ensure designs are implemented effectively, and raise design quality across product teams through reviews, guidance, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Requires staff-level product design experience, a proven record of building and scaling design systems, and strong interaction, visual, and information design craft with measurable UX impact. Candidates should be able to influence many teams, set direction amid ambiguity, articulate a strong creative point of view, and collaborate effectively with engineers; front-end knowledge is a plus.
