- Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for digital and print (social media, flyers, presentations, brochures)
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and enhance community engagement
- Collaborate with the team to produce materials for events, campaigns, and programs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in communications or graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with biblical values
