Requirements
- Requires staff-level product design experience and a proven record of building and scaling design systems across products or teams, with strong interaction, visual, and information design craft. Candidates should be able to influence teams without formal authority, set direction amid ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with engineers; front-end knowledge is a plus.
