Staff Product Designer, Console Experience

Own the end-to-end console experience and its creative direction, including navigation, onboarding, shared surfaces, and the design system roadmap. Establish reusable patterns and quality standards, partner with engineering to implement them, and raise design capability across product teams through reviews, guidance, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Requires staff-level product design experience and a proven record of building and scaling design systems across products or teams, with strong interaction, visual, and information design craft. Candidates should be able to influence teams without formal authority, set direction amid ambiguity, and bring a clear creative point of view; front-end knowledge and cloud infrastructure familiarity are advantageous.
