Requirements
- Applicants need strong UI/UX product design craft and a portfolio demonstrating ownership of ambiguous problems through feedback, iteration, and accepted or shipped outcomes. They should have client or senior-stakeholder experience, practical experience using AI tools and coding assistants to create prototypes, sound judgment in reviewing AI output, and clear English communication skills; a design degree is not required.
