Lead design management from pre-bid through handover, overseeing design performance, programmes, resources, approvals, and consultant relationships across complex projects. Requirements
- Requires relevant construction or architecture qualifications, an appropriate CSCS card, and extensive experience leading design teams and managing consultants on significant construction projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction regulations, contracts, RIBA stages, BIM, sustainability, and design delivery, alongside senior-level communication, negotiation, and safety leadership skills.
