- Candidates should have taken at least one product from 0 to 1 and have a portfolio of shipped, high-fidelity work with measurable outcomes. They should demonstrate strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration, fluency in design systems and AI-assisted prototyping, and the ability to mentor designers and influence cross-functional partners.
