Senior Design Manager (Mensch) New Business

You will design high-impact presentations for new business pitches and executive board meetings while producing motion graphics and video content. Additionally, you will integrate generative AI tools into design workflows and collaborate closely with strategy and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop high‑impact presentations for national and international new‑business pitches and executive decision‑making decks
• Conceptualise and produce motion and video content (e.g., case videos, dynamic pitch intros) using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to enhance creativity and future‑proof processes
• Design visual assets for marketing campaigns and responsible media initiatives across digital and print channels
• Collaborate closely with New Business, Strategy, and Marketing teams, providing design sparring from concept to final master slide
• Maintain design quality standards and ensure consistency with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in presentation and communication design, preferably in an agency or pitch‑driven environment
• Expert-level proficiency with PowerPoint, including advanced design techniques
• Strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools for image, concept, and content creation
• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in design or communication design
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Creative, solution‑oriented, self‑initiated, and stress‑resilient
