Lead customer ASIC programs from RFQ and technology planning through design, fabrication, bring-up, and production, while ensuring customer netlists meet tape-out quality requirements. Advise customer teams on EDA tools and design methodologies, and identify and coordinate mitigation of quality, schedule, and dependency risks.

- Lead customer ASIC programs from RFQ and technology planning through design, fabrication, bring-up, and production, while ensuring customer netlists meet tape-out quality requirements. Advise customer teams on EDA tools and design methodologies, and identify and coordinate mitigation of quality, schedule, and dependency risks.
Requirements
- Requires more than 10 years of hands-on physical design or static timing analysis experience, familiarity with EDA tools and flows, and multiple tape-outs at advanced process nodes. Candidates should be able to assess PPA tradeoffs, understand low-power design and power management, have programming or scripting experience, and communicate effectively.
