Lead complex capital projects from concept through handover, overseeing planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout for regulated manufacturing facilities. Manage project finances, risks, compliance, client relationships, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and at least seven years of progressive project management experience delivering complex capital projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or AEC. Candidates should have design engineering and construction management experience, knowledge of GMP and commissioning/validation, strong commercial and client leadership skills, and preferably PMP certification; a master's or other advanced degree is preferred.
