Visual Designer, Brand Innovation Lab

Develop and optimize visual campaign assets and customer-centered UX/UI web experiences across Amazon platforms, using tools such as Figma and Webflow. Collaborate with creative and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accessible advertising experiences, prototypes, and pitch materials while meeting project goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize visual assets for advertiser campaigns across web, mobile, largeâscreen and emerging devices
- Create wellâcrafted UX/UI designs for web using Figma and Webflow, ensuring accessibility and customer engagement
- Learn and build responsive web experiences in Webflow
- Produce userâcentered, onâbrand design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements
- Follow creative direction precisely while pushing overall creative quality
- Collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders, communicating clearly to drive projects forward
- Contribute to pitch decks, mockâups and interactive prototypes
- Ensure quality control in partnership with marketing, design peers and quality specialists
- Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, web technologies and Amazon's advertising ecosystem
Requirements
- Online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and advertising experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, visual arts or related field
- Proficiency in Webflow
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset
