Set the visual direction and roadmap for the Suitcase design system, owning its foundations, tokens, components, accessibility, documentation, and contribution governance. Partner with design, engineering, content, and localization teams to drive adoption, measure system health and design-to-code parity, and coach teams on using and contributing to the system.

Partner with design, engineering, content, and localization teams to drive adoption, measure system health and design-to-code parity, and coach teams on using and contributing to the system.
Requirements
- Requires strong product design experience, including scaling web and mobile design systems, with expertise in visual foundations, token systems, accessibility, and Figma-to-code workflows. Candidates should also have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with AI prototyping and relevant tooling; and the judgment and communication skills to guide adoption, roadmap decisions, and system integration.
