Sr. UX Designer, ADX-CX

Design innovative, scalable post-purchase experiences that help customers understand and manage their orders, using customer, market, technical, and business insights. Create and present user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes; collaborate with business and development teams; and validate and improve features through research, usability testing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ideas and solutions to elevate delivery experiences
• Advocate for customers using market analysis, insights, technical constraints, and business data
• Collaborate with business and development teams to balance immediate changes with long‑term scalable solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to convey detailed interaction behaviors
• Plan, execute, and promote validation techniques such as usability testing, user research, and analytics interpretation
• Present design concepts to UX partners, cross‑disciplinary teams, and executive leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Online portfolio
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Best practices for UI design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Lifecycle design project experience from strategy to execution
• User‑centered design process knowledge
• Prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Workflow management with AI tools
