Senior UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experience

Design innovative, scalable post-purchase and delivery experiences, creating user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and design patterns. Advocate for customer needs using research, analytics, and business and technical insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders, and validate and optimize designs through user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve delivery experiences
• Advocate for customers using data such as market analysis, insights, and technical constraints
• Partner with business and development teams to balance short‑term changes with long‑term scalable solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to communicate interaction behaviors
• Plan, perform, and promote validation techniques like usability testing, user research, and analytics interpretation
• Present design work to UX partners, cross‑disciplinary teams, and executive leaders

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Online portfolio
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Best practices for UI design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Lifecycle design project experience from strategy to execution
• User‑centered design process knowledge
• Prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Workflow management with AI tools
