Monitor design schedules and submissions, identify cost-saving design improvements, resolve complex technical and site issues, and guide design engineers.

Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 5–10 years of relevant civil engineering or infrastructure experience are required, including experience with complex rail, road, or underground design projects. Candidates should have experience with authority submissions, regulatory compliance, client coordination, and applicable codes and specifications, along with strong leadership, communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
