User Experience (UX) Designer [AQ-22336]

Lead collaborative design sessions and create end-to-end UX solutions for financial services, translating complex concepts into accessible digital experiences across desktop and responsive mobile interfaces. Produce and quality-check design artifacts, support user research, coordinate project schedules and stakeholder communication, and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative design sessions and create end-to-end UX solutions for financial services, translating complex concepts into accessible digital experiences across desktop and responsive mobile interfaces. Produce and quality-check design artifacts, support user research, coordinate project schedules and stakeholder communication, and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices.
Requirements
- Requires expertise in foundational UX principles, high-fidelity design, financial services platforms, and creating sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. Candidates should have experience with Confluence and Jira, design QA, user-centered iterative design, and the communication and collaboration skills to facilitate sessions and drive decisions.
