Requirements
- Requires at least 8 years of product design, UX/UI, or digital product strategy experience, a portfolio showing successful launches of complex human-centered products, and advanced proficiency with tools such as Figma and FigJam. Candidates should have experience with scalable design systems and cross-functional stakeholder alignment; healthcare or regulated-industry experience, WCAG knowledge, and multi-platform design experience are preferred.
