Lead the coordination, integration, and assurance of multidisciplinary rail design across complex projects, from feasibility through detailed design and construction support. Manage engineering governance, technical interfaces, risk, change, quality, programme, and commercial outcomes while building client relationships, supporting bids, and mentoring design professionals.
Requirements
- Candidates should have significant experience leading multidisciplinary rail design delivery and operating as a CEM-D, CEM, or equivalent, with responsibility for engineering governance, assurance, and compliance. Chartered status and full corporate membership of a relevant engineering institution are required, along with knowledge of Network Rail assurance processes and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
