Web Designer at AIOS — Remote, $75k-$150k/yr (including equity)

Own web conversion from research and insight through design, implementation, launch, and performance evaluation across the company’s brands and markets. Create and test high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, using AI and scalable design systems to ship quickly and improve results.
Responsibilities
- Own web conversion projects end‑to‑end, from research and insight to live page deployment
- Design landing pages, funnels, quizzes and onboarding flows that drive user action
- Craft compelling value propositions and USPs based on patient and market insights
- Turn data, CRO insights and founder hunches into high‑converting designs
- Implement designs in Webflow without developer handoff, iterating quickly
- Leverage AI prompting to generate designs, build components and run A/B tests
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, components and AI‑driven workflows
- Ship designs rapidly, analyze performance metrics, iterate and double down on winners
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing high‑performing websites and landing pages with a results‑focused portfolio
- Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, hierarchy, copy flow and value proposition crafting
- Proficiency in Figma and ability to translate designs into frontend code
- Experience with Webflow (or similar no‑code site builders) preferred
- Hands‑on use of AI tools for design generation, testing and automation
- Self‑directed ownership from insight through live page, fast iteration mindset
- High standards for polish, spacing, responsiveness and load speed
- Nice‑to‑have experience with CRO testing, analytics, SEO, multi‑market localization, and regulated healthcare design
