Influence cross-functional stakeholders, guide UX designers, and drive cohesive design systems and solutions that address user insights, business needs, trust, safety, and global compliance.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of product design or UX experience are required, along with design strategy, web or native application design, and experience designing AI experiences and using AI-enabled tools. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 12 years of product design or UX experience, and substantial experience leading projects, working across complex organizations and with executives, and designing across platforms and form factors.
