Lead holistic design solutions across teams and products, influence stakeholders, and guide UX designers in ideation and research or testing.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years in product design or UX, experience with design strategy and web or native application design, and experience designing AI experiences and using AI-enabled tools. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 12 years in product design or UX, and experience leading projects, working with executives and cross-functional organizations, and designing across platforms and form factors.
