Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in human-centered design, UX/product design, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least seven years in product design, UX, or a related role involving complex enterprise products. Candidates should demonstrate end-to-end, research-informed design, strong research synthesis, experience with complex workflows and decision-support products, responsible AI design, and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into measurable outcomes.
