Lead design projects from concept through launch, translating broad ideas and complex actions into useful, polished user experiences and evolving visual systems. Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists, contribute to product strategy, and provide feedback and mentorship to raise design quality.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field and at least six years of experience designing complex software products end to end are required. Candidates should demonstrate advanced prototyping, complex research, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives; experience with immersive technologies, Unity, novel inputs, and responsible AI is preferred.
