Senior Structural Design Manager

Lead structural design delivery for large-scale residential developments from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. Manage consultants and multidisciplinary coordination, review and approve technical submissions, mitigate design risks, support value engineering, and resolve construction-phase design issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design delivery for large-scale residential developments from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. Manage consultants and multidisciplinary coordination, review and approve technical submissions, mitigate design risks, support value engineering, and resolve construction-phase design issues.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of structural design experience, including five or more years in a leadership or managerial role. Candidates should have experience with residential or mixed-use developments, reinforced concrete, steel structures, high-rise buildings, design software, applicable codes, multidisciplinary coordination, and consultant and stakeholder management; professional registration is preferred.
