MEP Design Manager

Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and public health design across project disciplines, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with the client brief, programme, and cost plan. Manage design reviews, technical submissions, compliance, risks, and change control, and support construction delivery and project reporting.

Requirements
- Candidates should have proven MEP Design Manager experience on complex technical projects, ideally with a Tier One Main Contractor or top-tier MEP consultancy; experience in laboratories, life sciences, clean rooms, or R&D is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, communication and leadership skills, and a degree or equivalent in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering are required.
