Develop design strategies and innovative Search experiences that address user, product, business, ecosystem, and regulatory needs, including feedback and removal systems, content safety tools, and compliant experiences for users under 18. Influence cross-functional stakeholders, guide UX designers, and drive holistic design processes and solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends.

Influence cross-functional stakeholders, guide UX designers, and drive holistic design processes and solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of product design or UX experience, experience with design strategy and web or native application design, and experience designing AI experiences and using AI-enabled tools. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 12 years of design or UX experience, experience in complex organizations and with executive leaders, design project leadership, and experience across platforms and form factors.
