Manage digital content from ingestion through publication, maintaining accurate metadata and ensuring timely delivery, discoverability, accessibility, and compliance with copyright requirements. Coordinate workflows across editorial, production, technical, and legal teams; monitor performance, resolve publishing issues, support operational improvements, and produce analytics reports.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital content from ingestion to publication
- Coordinate with editorial, production and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain and update metadata, tags and other attributes for discoverability and compliance
- Monitor content performance and troubleshoot publishing or accessibility issues
- Ensure legal and copyright compliance, collaborating with legal teams as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing content management policies and procedures
- Support integration of new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Generate reports and analytics on content performance to inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in content management or digital media operations
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
- Strong understanding of copyright, licensing and content rights management
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
