Lead venue design from concept through construction documentation, producing drawings, 3D models, renders and presentations that express each brand and create memorable guest experiences. Specify materials, finishes, lighting and FF&E; review documentation and site work; coordinate with internal teams and external partners; and develop branding, graphics and signage while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead venue design from concept through construction documentation, producing drawings, 3D models, renders and presentations that express each brand and create memorable guest experiences. Specify materials, finishes, lighting and FF&E; review documentation and site work; coordinate with internal teams and external partners; and develop branding, graphics and signage while mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires at least six years of progressive experience in hospitality, architectural or experiential design, plus a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite and Enscape or similar software, with strong spatial and concept design skills, practical problem-solving, project coordination, communication abilities and a current driverâs licence.
