Develop, maintain, and evolve design system components and guidelines to ensure consistent, scalable user experiences across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct usability testing, incorporate feedback, and advocate for user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and evolve design system components to ensure consistency across all products
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and designers to translate user requirements into scalable design solutions
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Establish and document design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Regularly review and update the design system with new features and technologies
- Advocate for userācentric design principles within the organization
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience developing and maintaining design systems for complex digital products
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Understanding of frontāend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent communication and detailāorientation
- Experience working in agile environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
