Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and possess at least 15 years of experience in structural design, including 5 years in a leadership role. Professional engineering registration or chartership is preferred, along with extensive experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
