Responsibilities
- Design and improve intuitive web interfaces and complex user journeys, using research, prototypes, product metrics, and user feedback to validate and optimize solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, maintain design consistency, document specifications, and drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of product design experience, strong Figma skills, and a proven ability to design complex web and mobile interfaces and user journeys. Candidates should be able to work autonomously, apply research and product data, communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, understand basic HTML/CSS constraints, and have intermediate-or-higher English proficiency.
