Responsibilities
- Design and improve intuitive web interfaces and complex user journeys, using research, prototyping, validation, analytics, and user feedback to guide decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, maintain design consistency, and evaluate post-launch outcomes to improve usability, conversion, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of product design experience, strong Figma skills, and experience designing complex web and mobile interfaces and user journeys. Candidates should understand end-to-end product design, UX research, product metrics, responsive interface design, and basic HTML/CSS, and be able to work autonomously and communicate effectively in English.
