Design, build, publish, and improve websites, landing pages, and reusable components, using AI tools to accelerate research, design, content creation, and implementation. Analyze visitor behavior and run experiments to improve conversions, SEO, performance, accessibility, and the clarity of marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and publish website pages, landing pages, and visual components
- Create modern, intuitive UX/UI experiences aligned with brand identity
- Maintain and evolve a reusable design system and component library
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, design, content creation, development, and implementation
- Transform prototypes into functional experiences, reviewing code, content, and design quality
- Explore and implement innovative AI solutions such as virtual agents and interactive tools
- Run autonomous web improvements, collaborating with development when needed
- Analyze visitor behavior using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and related tools
- Design and execute A/B tests to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Optimize site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO (including AI‑enhanced search)
- Identify optimization opportunities through metrics and experimentation
- Develop and update commercial web content, crafting clear product messaging
- Optimize CTAs, forms, and conversion flows
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent digital brand experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital design, UX/UI, and web development experience
- Strong visual and graphic sense with a solid portfolio
- Proven use of AI tools for design, content generation, and development
- Proficiency in Figma and responsive design systems
- Experience with Webflow or similar no‑code platforms
- Practical HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- CMS content management experience
- SEO, web performance, and CRO expertise
- Google Analytics, Search Console, and behavior‑analysis tools
- Excellent Spanish writing and communication skills
- Self‑direction, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Remote work capability with occasional in‑person meetings
