Staff Conversation Designer - AI Design Technologist

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experiences and business outcomes in conversational products, and develop conversation principles, strategies, and playbooks with cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Build AI tools and golden datasets, evaluate AI responses at scale using automated and human-in-the-loop methods, and lead projects that deliver intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy AI experiences.
Responsibilities

Build AI tools and golden datasets, evaluate AI responses at scale using automated and human-in-the-loop methods, and lead projects that deliver intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy AI experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 8 years of design experience, including at least 4 years in conversation design and 1 year working on AI agentic platforms, along with experience building AI tools, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and applying language modeling concepts. Candidates should have working knowledge of HTML, Python, XML, and regex, strong communication and leadership skills, experience in research and usability testing, and an undergraduate degree; relevant certifications are preferred.
