Design end-to-end experiences for Wherex’s B2B SaaS and marketplace platform, using research, interviews, testing, and behavioral analysis to turn user problems into clear design solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, revenue, and customer success teams; contribute to user stories and the design system; validate UX/UI implementations; and use AI tools to explore and accelerate design work.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user experiences for the Wherex platform
- Conduct user research, interviews, benchmarking and usability testing
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups that tell clear stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners on user story creation and refinement
- Contribute to the evolution of the Wherex Design System
- Run concept tests, A/B experiments and behavior analysis
- Validate development deliverables for UX/UI quality and consistency
- Leverage AI tools (Lovable, Figma AI, V0, Claude) to accelerate creative workflows
- Participate in the Design Chapter to define vision, tone and creative direction
Requirements
- 1‑3 years of experience in digital product or UX/UI design
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Proficiency with Figma and Claude (required)
- Experience with Adobe suite or similar tools
- Interest or experience in user research, design thinking, prototyping and usability testing
- Knowledge of design systems (desired)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment (Product, Engineering, Revenue, CS)
- Familiarity with Jira, Kanban/Scrum
