The Pavement Design Manager will perform and supervise complex pavement designs, conduct pavement testing, and analyze data to ensure compliance with engineering standards. They will also oversee construction activities, inspect pavement structures, and manage project specifications and quantities.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AASHTO 93 and MEPDG design guides is required, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
