Coordinate drafting and engineering matters across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring design deliverables meet technical, regulatory, client, schedule, and budget requirements. Lead design coordination and progress tracking, support safety-in-design and quality systems, optimize designs for project execution, and contribute to client relationships and team performance.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience in the mining or resource industry, and Professional Engineer registration in Canada or the United States or eligibility to obtain it soon. Candidates should bring people-management and mentoring experience, knowledge of codes and standards, engineering drawing interpretation, project scheduling, HSE awareness, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel occasionally to the United States.
