Own end-to-end UI/UX design across the software suite, including research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity Figma designs, reusable component libraries, and developer handoff. Partner with product and engineering to prioritize design work, validate solutions with users, maintain design standards, review implementation quality, and mentor team members.

Partner with product and engineering to prioritize design work, validate solutions with users, maintain design standards, review implementation quality, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Requires U.S. citizenship, at least 8 years of UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, expert Figma proficiency, and familiarity with React and Vue.js. Candidates should have experience with user research, usability testing, scalable design systems, roadmap prioritization, and independently leading design initiatives; a bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or a related field is required or equivalent experience is accepted.
