Technical Design Manager

Oversee technical design from development through production, leading fittings and approving specifications, grading, fit comments, and technical packages. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors, resolve fit and construction issues, manage team workflows, and mentor technical design staff.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors, resolve fit and construction issues, manage team workflows, and mentor technical design staff.
Requirements
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Technical Design, Patternmaking, or a related field, and 10–12+ years of women’s apparel technical design experience; prior team leadership is preferred. Candidates should have expert knowledge of fit, grading, garment construction, and pattern correction, along with vendor communication and calendar management experience; proficiency in Illustrator, Excel, and PLM systems is preferred, and CLO experience is a plus.
