Own the end-to-end user experience for Hotlotzās customer-facing website, auction platform, Marketplace, and internal tools, using research, journey mapping, prototyping, and polished interface design. - Own the end-to-end user experience for Hotlotzās customer-facing website, auction platform, Marketplace, and internal tools, using research, journey mapping, prototyping, and polished interface design. Build and maintain the design system, champion accessibility, collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and engineers through delivery, and measure and improve product outcomes after launch.
Requirements
- Applicants need at least two years of product, UI/UX, or interaction design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work across web and mobile, and practical experience with research, usability testing, journey mapping, and information architecture. They should be proficient in Figma, have strong visual design and accessibility skills, understand software development constraints, and be able to work independently and communicate design decisions effectively.
