Product Designer at AIOS Medical — Remote, $100-200k/yr inc equity
Aios Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
Own product design projects from discovery and problem definition through delivery, across customer-facing web and mobile apps and internal clinical, operations, enrollment, and customer experience tools. Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and customer experience teams to improve usability and workflows while navigating business, technical, and regulatory constraints.
Responsibilities
- Own design work from problem definition to shipped solution
- Design and improve web and mobile app experiences for customers
- Design internal tools and workflows for clinical, ops and CX teams
- Solve complex problems with commercial and regulatory constraints
- Conduct discovery, user research and define solutions
- Lead projects independently and mentor junior designers
- Communicate design decisions and defend them in discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital product design experience across web or mobile
- Strong portfolio showing real product work
- Ability to design customer‑facing mobile apps and internal tools
- Experience working within regulated or compliance‑heavy environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
