Identify seller needs and design scalable, user-centered solutions for Amazon Global Selling, including a product augmented with generative AI. Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and UX partners to define requirements, create and present designs, support implementation, and measure design effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Identify seller needs and design solutions with measurable impact
- Develop highâlevel requirements with product team
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups
- Maintain detailed UI and interaction specifications
- Present and defend design recommendations to partners and leadership
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation
- Measure success of design solutions
- Contribute to design process improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend, userâcentered solutions
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
- Ability to conduct usability studies, create personas and journey maps
- Knowledge of information architecture best practices
- Experience using AIâassisted research and design tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
